Here's a peek inside Cobourg's town hall, which is also known as Victoria Hall. I showed you the town's coat-of-arms earlier this week. You can also see the design at the back of this courtroom.
PS: I've been featuring some shots from Saugatuck, Michigan on my travel blog this week. Get over there and take a look. It's one of those lovely Victorian towns on Lake Michigan. I know you'll like it!

l'interieur est tres beau entre ancien et moderne
This could have been a photo/scene from a film.
Looks formal and quite stylish too.
It's beautiful.
A l'ancienne, en bois, j'adore.
Small but certainly very elegant!
Looks like a grand, historic place!
This does look like a historic town hall. I would assume it is still used. I like sitting in places our forefathers occupied.
What a beautiful room!
A well-composed photo! Looks so symmetrical and nice and clean. Almost sterile. At first I thought it was a courtroom. Do they still conduct town business there?
I hope they still use this town hall, it would be such a shame if they didn't, it's a really beautiful area.
I am pretty sure they still use the building. There were signs for city offices displayed. But not sure if this courtroom is still used for trials. SSomehow I think not.
Sober, solemn, but very elegant...
I'm thinking the seating might not be very comfortable. :))
That really is amazing and I agree that it does look elegant.
The elegance of this room is such a welcome contrast to the blandness of modern "architecture".
Awesome room! Love all the white.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
