Red door

A fancy red door comes to you from downtown Toronto. I found this just around the corner from the Hockey Hall of Fame. Don't know if they're related, but I definitely like the shade of this door. To see more red items from around the world, visit Ruby Tuesday.

I am not sure about the actual door but I love this beautiful old stonework, very fancy.

I love the red door. My Mother painted her front door red a few years ago. Very nice and it brightened up not only her house but the whole neighborhood. MB

Elegant and original, a precious shade of red.

It is a very rich color. I thought at first it might be an Anglican church for many Episcopal churches in the U.S. have red doors. Looks also like an old building (well, relatively old!)

What an elegant door!

A LOVER OF SCARLET

A lover of scarlet just may,
When given the floor, have her say
About the bright shade
That lights up the glade
Like fire on a hot summer’s day!

Nice, and a beautiful "frame" around the door.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
