Chilly canoes

A lot of the snow melted this weekend, so spring might actually be around the corner, even in Canada! Maybe it's a good time to start digging out the canoes and other spring/summer items. I actually caught this scene last year near the Kawartha Lakes. Hope your Monday is off to a good start, my company moved office locations so it should be an interesting first day in our new building for me. For more bright colors to keep you cheered head to Mellow Yellow Monday.

Love those sun rays beaming down. I just love all these snow photos Hal, but I know you're looking forward to Spring's arrival.

Love the glimpse of spring-to-come! Hope you're having a great move-in day...my office did that twice while I worked for the same place; I remember it was such a lot of fun trying to get your work done at the same time as you're getting organized in the new place (yeah right).

Oh what a great shot!!
One day (before I always carried a camera) I was walking down Linsmore to Greenway subway station and had a perfect photo of a canoe on top of a car with a cat sitting in the canoe. I always regret not getting that photo.

'Tis a lovely sight and I do hope spring arrives soon. You've no doubt heard the saying that "hope springs eternal." There's got to be a message there somewhere.

Nice to have you back. I was beginning to get just a tad worried! Hope your day is going well in your new building!

You caught great light in this photo. It does show the effect of a coming spring. And, I hope your new office is a good one and that it is closer or at least not further than your old one.

So sunny and lovely!

You'd think the heavy wet snow would be bad for the canoes out in it like that. They make a nice spot of color there though!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
