This place has become our neighborhood pub for now. It's within walking distance from our temporary home and serves a nice variety of beers and food. But most importantly, they have trivia!

A photographic look at life in the Greater Toronto Area

Halcyon, this looks like a friendly pub. I'm glad you have found a home away from home, until you land a more permanent place.
Nice picture of the frog. Interesting font too. The pub really catches passers-by's eyes (and thirst probably).
Is a Firkin house a chain? Looks like a friendly place.
il a l'air sympa ce pub, j'aime bien l'enseigne
Looks like a fun place for a beer and dinner! I just hope they don't sell "frog legs!"
I like it, and I like the name, too, but what the heck is a Firkin? And yes, I do know what a frog is...a Frenchman, right? ;-))
I have been to several different "(fill in the blank) & Firkin" and they all seem to be not bad - you get what you expect with no disappointments.
I've been told a firkin is a measurement of beer. As RedPat said, there are several outlets of this pub chain across Toronto. Mainly I go for the trivia. :)
Looks like a great place to pop in! I love the bold colors ;D
Great name. Looks like a place not to be missed.
We will go out of our way to go to a place that has trivia, and I love the name of your pub.
I like the sign!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
