That's very beautiful, Halcyon!
I would love to meet with you sometime, camera in hand. I have to admit that I rarely travel to Toronto, however. Since you are familiar with the Don Valley Expressway, does that mean you often travel north, maybe to Markham, Richmond Hill or Thornhill? I don't know where you live so I don't know what to suggest. Unionville is a neat little tourist place, part of Markham.
The view from above is fantastic! Is that Toronto below? :-D

Nice shot and welcome to Ontario. Get used to the bags of milk. Get yourself a milk bag holder from the dairy section. Do not cut a hole in the bag until after it is secure in the holder. Cut off a small portion of the bag's corner opposite from the handle. I don't know if you were kidding me or if you were serious or not. I almost burst out laughing when I saw your question on my blog.
