Here's another look at the local ski slopes. This is the jardin d'enfants where kids (and sometimes adults) learn pizza (snow plow) and fries (skis parallel) and other skiing basics before hitting the real slopes. A convenient little conveyor belt takes them from the bottom back up to the top. Much easier than the t-bars I used when I had my ski lessons back in Europe!

how cute! that's more my speed!
I'd have to star on the bunny hill if I were to try skiingt again.
Nice pic, but as a BC'er, I wouldn't be calling this a slope! :D
The again, with my knees I wouldn't be skiing down even this one.
pizza and fries!! that is cute. as is this bunny hill.
I like this! This is the kind of slope I was dreaming about when I tried to learn to ski a few years ago. You would not believe how steep and long the "bunny slope" was where I tried to learn in Bend, Oregon. Totally freaked me out. I would fall down on purpose just because I didn't know how to stop. Good move on somebody's part in Toronto!
great image and I remember trying to learn skiing as an adult and using this type of process. it still felt difficult for me to learn. today with skate boarding, roller blading, snowboarding, surfing, the kids get a better rhythm and balance to ski but many love snow boarding
Love the conveyor belt!
That's what I would need. I haven't skied in many a year. Looks like a lot of fun and you had a beautiful day when you took this photo!
Et dire que je suis de ce niveau là ... Je n'ai jamais de ma vie chaussé de skis !!!
This is a pretty simple bunny trail. These days, I wouldn't want to attempt even this one.
that hill looks just about my size.
I agree with Jim. I would need to start on a small one.
I bet the kids are having tons of fun.
where is this ski slope ?

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
