The snow in my neighborhood has all melted. So far we've had an incredibly mild winter here in Toronto. I am certainly not complaining about that! If I want to see some white stuff, I can always drive up to Uxbridge where this shot was taken.

A lot of people seem to be enjoying the mild winter. I like real winter, if Canada doesn't have real winters anymore then I guess it's just going to be a downward spiral from now on...
A nice winter scene that is just like you say, lacking in the GTA. When you go north from Toronto there's a magical line know as the snow belt. When I was younger that line used to be further south.

Yep, the temperature is often 4° or 5°C colder north of Toronto!

@Jack - it's just a path. But I plan on trying cc skiing once we get a little more snow. I hope it will be less scary than downhill. :)
