I did some cooking this weekend and here's a look at the results. It's a butternut squash stew with whole wheat couscous. And yes, it was delicious! Hope your weekend was nice too.

Looks yummy Halcyon, I love vegetarian dishes!
I've never had squash stew before. It does look delicious.
Such a gourmet are you! Lois Anne would like this a lot, being a vegetarian.
Its very colorful, I am sure the taste is colorful also.
I'm making bread today. Yes, guys CAN rule the kitchen... sometimes.

It does indeed look good; love the blend of colors. Week-end wasn't so hot since the Packers were defeated by the Giants. Bah!!

It looks good, Halcyon. Birdman might indulge his feminine side in the kitchen, but this guy is solely an eater, not a cook. Unless you count grilling steaks as cooking. I think of it as playing with fire.
@ Birdman & Jack - my husband usu does most of the cooking, but since I'm not working I've been spending more time in the kitchen. :)
