I loved Ottawa! The people there were certainly welcoming and I had a great time there. More looks at the city to come. Until then, you can see more murals at Mural Mondays.

@All - today was our wedding anniversary. It's been a wonderful five years. :) Still one of the best decisions I've ever made.
@VP - I didn't actually think about it, but "mur"al does imply that it's on a wall, doesn't it?
@Hamilton - the politicians are on break for the summer. Must be when they let the friendly people out. :)
I don't think this was a chalk drawing. It rained while we were there and this "painting/drawing/sidewalk mural" remained intact. I also think owls must be some sort of symbol for Ottawa b/c I saw them quite often around town.
