Sorry I still have to keep to the archives. I really needed to rest this past weekend and didn't get out to shoot. This sign comes to you from one of the many design shops in The Junction. This particular shop was participating in the Toronto Design Festival that was held a few weeks ago. I'm not sure what it all means, but I liked this display. For more signs, visit Signs, Signs.

It's a really interesting shot. I like how the sign is framed by metal "antlers". You do great black and white work.
I like the iron shapes and your idea for b&w in this picture is perfect!

Un tantinet mystérieux tout ça !
Gorgeous looking sign, and photo!
That's a cool display.
I think it refers to not making an 'ash' of yourself or you will be quarantined. Ok, I'm stretching here.
All of the scrolly things in the photo are actually wood. There's no metal. I think the sign was referring to ash wood, but I don't get the part about quarantine.

I looked it up! This is an art project about the effects on Toronto's ash trees due to a beetle, I think!
Yes I think it probably has something to do with the Ash borer problem. Cool shot!
I see what look like horseshoes, which may mean if you are lucky you won't have to figure out the rest of it! :)
hmmm, the emerald ash borer is devastating the ash trees. I like the light bulb buds of the ash branches - maybe there is light at the end of it all, once the ash borer has been eradicated?
Interesting.
an intriguing name.
ha, and i was going to ask you what it meant!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
