New law?

New law number, same interpretation. There's no waste in Toronto!

No waste in Toronto? Well, I guess there used to be (if you listen to the new administration) but soon there will be no waste at all. (Again according to the new administration.)

I does look like a very old sign.

By the way, I have a nasty cold so I am not venturing very far from my tissue box.

That's a great sign! I can just see a bunch of bureaucrats working for six months to come up with the right wording.

But I'd be a little afraid if I was a large dog...at large dogs can't run or have fun or poop on the public (lands)...sheesh!

If only dogs could read!

That's a good use of public monies! Cover over the old law number with the new one!

I think the public are more of a problem of fouling up the city than the dogs. Guess the police really do enforce the “bring your own” plastic bag ruling. As for the running at large....once again, humans may be more of a problem than the dogs.

So they run 'at large' is 'large' a new town around. Maybe they should tell the geese about the sign.
Waste not-want not. How does that work??? MB

Si seulement les gens faisaient attention à ce genre de panneau ici...

Have you not notice the dogs in T.O. with red faces? They are the ones holding it in. Did you know that seeing eye dogs are trained to do it on concrete? Otherwise on the sidewalk.

Maybe the only waste is that of the lawmakers making a new law for the same... :)
God bless you!

MB: I do wish they'd give the geese a lesson in pooper scoopers. They're the real mess-makers!

Andy: I have another sign along the lines of this one that I think will give you a smile.

Cezar: I think you are right! Plenty of time and taxpayer money were probably wasted on this law change.

One thing I can say is they must really enforce this law, b/c I rarely see dog poo on the sidewalks, etc.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
