The name of this restaurant gave me a little chuckle. I didn't check it out to see if it truly was fancy, maybe another time. To see more signs from around the world, check out Signs, Signs.
PS: I've got another shot of Athens up today on my travel blog.

FANCY cela ne fait pas très chinois comme nom ;)
Beautiful picture and I like a lot the reflections on the window shop!

Well, fancy that!
I never have connected "fancy" with Chinese Cuisine, but I'm all for good marketing.
this is a fancy sign! and it is quite funny relating it to chinese food lol...i wonder if they know what fancy means?!
Well, yes, it is kind of a fancy sign . . .
I thought it was a sign for the cars at first. Nice shot.
That's cute and you got a nice reflection there too!
Fanciest thing I've seen today.
Nice catch! Fancy some Chinese food?
Non seulement ça ne fait pas très chinois mais pour moi, il manque l'entrée en forme de pagode !
Something was lost in the translation, eh? Good catch!
that is quite unique, usually they call them something with the word/s golden, dragon, lucky, etc but not fancy.
neat find.
since many chinese restaurants aren't particularly 'fancy', this might be worth checking out?!
I am not sure I would like to eat 'fancy', but the sign is great!
i hope it is fancy... i always worry with the chinese buffet here in terrell =)
on the glass, no, it's a local san antonio artist gini garcia (garcia art glass). she had some really nice pieces.

I would be game to try it out.....not the same old name for a restaurant....maybe the food will be new and different!
You need to do double duty with this one for Weekend Reflections. What immediately caught my eye were the two cars parked in opposite directions. Cool shot. Genie
it's a fancy sign.:p i like the orange & black combination.
Too bad they don't have the name in Chinese characters or I'd be able to tell you what they WANT to say. Fancy is indeed not a very Chinese term, but hey, perhaps the interior is more elegant than most Chinese shops in NA?

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
