The entrance to this store will be familiar to anyone who lives in a big city. When I lived in Paris, I spent countless hours at Ikea. In Toronto, not as much, but it's still a good place to find that one piece of furniture or accessory you lack. And I definitely like the reflections afforded by the large windows.

can you believe i have never set foot in an ikea?! i think they had just built one in san diego when we left and since then we have lived in fairly small communities! love the bright yellow though and the reflections!
The exterior of this building looks much different than the one here in the Twin Cities.
Those are very nice reflections! I wish we had an Ikea store here.
We have an Ikea, but I've never been . . .
The bright yellow and clean glass architecture make for a nice composition, Halcyon.
They know how to let the sun (and skies) shine in!
Love the bright color and what terrific reflections for the day! Awesome capture! Hope you have a great weekend!

Oh, yes! This store does indeed look familiar. :)
Yes those windows authorize great sky reflections indeed... The title is funny, too.
As a newly married couple Ikeas came to Holl. and we loved it to find it back in the US! European matrasses are the best and cheaper!
great sky capture in the reflection...beautiful!
Great reflections. Ikea - a place to avoid on a weekend afternoon!
Yes, Ikea it is! :-) Great reflections.
WOW! You hit the jackpot with all of the reflections in this IKEA building. The sunshine + all of that glass is the perfect combination. Genie
J'y vais de plus en plus rarement ! Le rouge, ça fait tout bizarre ! :-)
Lots of great color and reflections here. The closer I look the more reflections I see!
Ikea does jump out from this building. Great reflection!
Never been to an Ikea store, great reflections, love those puffy clouds.
Nice composition on this one. The yellow draws the eye.
Great color. Most of the ones here are mostly Blue.
Love the framing of this! Well done! :)
many people like IKEA, there isn't one in New Zealand. They go to Asutralia.
To all who have never been to an Ikea, you are not really missing anything. :)
I think we have one in the Dallas area, but its miles from us. We do have another Swedish import in Terrell. http://www.daimilus.net/us/
I'm a bit of an IKEA junkie! I liked your VW Bug name change posting!
Happy Carnival photographing, H!
Impressive-looking building. I first visited an Ikea in Fort Lauderdale a few years ago. Was not at all impressed. I thought their products were cheap and shoddy and gaudy. And then I read that they do not take good care of their employees. Kinda put me off.
I'd visit another one, though, just for the experience. Maybe it would be different, but I doubt it.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
