B&W is always a good choice! The monochrome aspect seems to bring out details that colour might miss.

I,too,enjoy nature shots in black and white. Where we are here in the Blue Ridge Mts., I love shooting the landscapes in b/w. This is especially nice. Beautifully composed. Genie
