Inside

A look inside one of the Toronto subway cars. This is one of the older models, the new ones are totally open, - you can walk all the way from the front of the train to the back. Next time I get on one of those cars, I'll have to get a shot. Hope you enjoy the old-style cars for now.

Alone on the train? How did that happen?

Even on my all too short visit I must have traveled to every station on the TTC! Great memories.

@Andy & Jim - I live on the end of the line, so typically the cars are empty and clean when I get on. Not so much when you take one from union station in rush hour. :)

Ghost train? All aboard and rolling...

I wish that our city had subways!

My first thought was the same same as Andy's - an empty car in Toronto? - but you already answered that.

It does look nice and clean!

I love the action out through the open door!

@Jono - it wouldn't take long to visit all the stops on the TTC subway. It's not a very extensive network. But it gets people around I guess. :)

I guess I haven't been on the subway for a ahile...as this is what I remember. :)

Old or not, it looks inviting to me. I love subways/metros.

Thanks for including email sign ups on your blogs. I really like having my fave blogs arrive by email. The sign up was easy and worked perfectly!

I like the older model, but I am also curious about the new one.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
