I visited one of the "ski resorts" around Toronto this past weekend. I am not really an avid skier, but I wanted to see what the "slopes" are like and from what I saw, I think I could handle these! Guess I won't have to wait on this bench while my husband enjoys the hillsides without me.

Ben ça va, il n'y a pas de neige sur le banc ! J'ai l'impression que je vais le revoir sur un autre blog bientôt !!!

I guess skiers don't feel the cold the same as me. I would have to find a warmer spot than this.

Good for you! Get out there and ski. I mean, why not? You can't play golf!

It's good to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I prefer to do it with my camera, though. :))

Très joli cliché de saison!
Je n'aime pas le froid et la neige, alors le ski c'est pas pour moi!
Suis née au bord de la mer, alors je préfère les sports nautiques;o)

Me? I'd be toasting my tootsies by the fire. You go ahead and ski all you want, although there doesn't look like enough snow in tht photo! Nice scene, though!

I like the angle of the sun. If I were to stand behind your sign, I could at least have a SHADOW that is 5'10" tall ....

Yeah, our mountains are a little... small :-)

At least there is a seat there, although it being cold one would hope that one would be picked up quickly!
Great find!

Nice open spot for waiting. I like how you put ski resort in quotation marks, eh!

I use to ski when the slopes were 30 min from my house and the snow was good on the mountains in New Mexico. Since I've been in KC for 16 years and have not skied, I would hurt myself badly if I were to try again.

We need more snow. Looks too cold to sit there.

@Pat - the slopes have manmade snow, so there's always plenty to ski on. :)

@Cildemer - I'm not really a snow person either. But you have to enjoy what you have!

@Regina - I haven't skied for a number of years either (and I was never a good skier), but looking at those baby slopes sort of made me want to get out there again. Although I am also very aware that I could hurt myself badly!

I like to try but hubby won't, need an assistant right? Hehehe! Happy Thursday!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
