I recently attended my first ever NBA basketball game. It was the Raptors vs the Wizards. I had a really good time and did not miss out on any of the action with my seat right behind the basket. They handed out those noisemakers during the second half when my side became the visitors goal. They make such a funny sound, but I'm not really sure the players find them distracting when they're doing their free throws. There's a reason they're pros!
Happy Valentine's Day, and if you like red, head over to Ruby Tuesday... take 2!

Nice photo. Tiger Woods is the only one that gets upset on fan distractions. He freaks out.
I think tennis players and golfers are more used to a silent crowd, at least during play. I have never see a baskeball game.It is not a big sport over here.
A very good crowd photo!
Hi! I'm your latest follower, found you over at Ruby Tuesday.
I live in Toronto also.
I bet that was a lot of fun to be there!
j'adore la folie des supporteurs dans les stades de sports américains, c'est vraiment familiale et ils se passent dans le public toujours quelque chose.
Not my sport, but it's always fun to go to a live event, and especially to get some pictures!
That's a big crowd Halcyon, I reckon basketball is definitely one of the more exciting ball games to watch. Happy Valentine's Day to you also.
I love watching basketball. I get sleepy when I watch golf lol!
My Red Weekend
Et dire que j'ai joué au basket quand j'étais jeune... :-)
I like this photo - you really captured the color and energy and spirit of the event.
Great shot! I'm not a spectator sport fan, but there is an energy and excitement that you captured here.
They learn to ignore those distractions in college basketball. I love to attend professional games like this.
I can sense the excitement--and tension--in the crowd.
My Heart’s Desire
I have never been to one of their games - must be loud in there!
I like basketball, but mainly college basketball until the NBA championships. In the old days, they let the noise and emotion happen. Now they hand out noisemakers. It doesn't feel as authentic.
I do so miss going to games. We have no professional teams here in NM.
Wonderful game there, so nice that you enjoy it!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
