Donated stone
I found a sort of memorial garden along the waters edge in Sarnia, Ontario. It was a nice place for a stroll, especially on such a lovely, sunny day! For more signs, take a look at Signs, Signs.

It seems Sarnia has prettied up her waterfront some since I was there. One side anyway.
A lovely shot!

the walkway is really nice too
I really like the Geraniums.
it's a cool idea...donate rocks in your property.:p

How attractive!
I am posting at a new blog site now, if you care to bookmark it: http://sometimesthatsallyouget.wordpress.com/
My signs are there.
I wish it was that nice out today!
I have never seen anything like this! Is it expensive to donate a stone?
This is very nice. Lovely photo.
What a great idea!
Hmmmm. I have seen gardens filled with stones like this and it makes them look more like cemeteries than gardens. Just sayin.
Beauty.
Please have a good Thursday.

Was it just the stone they donated, or the garden flowers, too?
The walkway looks very attractive.
Nice idea to donate a huge rock!
You sure do get around. I'm glad you take your camera with you.
That is interesting - a 'donated' stone rather than one that says 'in memory of'.
very original! I like those flowers!

It is a cheerful sign!
This is a great composition!
P.S. Sorry I haven't been posting or visiting lately but my free time has been entirely spent at the hospital where my mothet still is, after having had three infarctions. She's much better now and I hope she will go home soon.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
