@Regina - yes, these are from stone. I believe the teeny tiny ones I showed earlier were animal tusks (walrus, etc). But to be honest, I don't remember and I can't find any info on their website.
@Paul - they only allowed photos with no flash. Many of my shots didn't come out.

I'm actually surprised they let you take pictures!
I have never photographed a real owl. They sure are cool birds.
There was a VERY loud owl making noise the other morning outside my back porch. Went out and listened. It was still dark and it was LOUD. Magnificant!
I really like the artwork.
I probably won't be back. I have been here a number of times and became a follower. How many times have you been to my blog?
Since I was hacked I had to give up my old user name and the blogs that went with it.
So this is the new birds blog and I hope you can come visit. Birds Birds Birds and Birds
The owl is beautiful. Are these carved from stone?
Oh purée j'adore ! Merci !

The one on the left is my favourite.
I love the owls too!
I like these a lot, too! Owls are my favorite bird...
they remind me 1970s kitsch and I love them :)
I have seen some Inuit art before. These seem to be carved more fully. I wasn't excited about the ones I had seen before, but these are good.
This makes me stop and think. We say owls in Costa Rica the week before last. That's a heck of a range.
The black on is beautiful.
Inuit art is so cool!
Love the owls! :-)

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
