It was really hard to get photos during the parade. We were behind a metal fence and everyone was moving so fast! This was the best picture I got of one of the dancers actually in motion. It really was beautiful!

She is adorable with the blue ornament! :)
Your picture is great, I almost can hear the music and now I want to dance as well! :)

Isn't it frustrating when the images are so outstanding but the ability to photograph is limited?! You did a superb job of freezing a moment in time. Her costume and attitude are both terrific!
Now that's some color. I like it... it shows the movement of the dance.
Some beautifully decorated bodies! Show us some more! Must have been very lively and fun!
Great picture.
i love those colorful costumes!
Great capture of a fast-moving dancer taken through a fence! I do love the color and movement in this shot.

Love the movement in the photo! She is gorgeous with all that flair! ;D
She's gorgeous and your photo is excellent ... it's a little fuzzy but that makes it work 'cause it gives a sense of motion. Terrific shot and terrific post!
Oops! Was I supposed to say something about the way she was decorated? I guess I'd better go back and look again!
Wonderful photo! I'm impressed!
People moving fast or dancing are a nightmare, but you got a very effective and beautiful image.
she looks so happy!
That costume is just amazing! She is certainly enjoying herself.
Comme je disais hier, en fait tu étais à Rio... :-)
I sympathize with the difficulty of shooting through fences at fast-moving subjects. Because I am tall, most of the time I can get above the obstacles, but when a fence is too tall, I practice my swearing vocabulary.
I have tried to capture photos at a parade also. Mine were unsuccessful. This photo though came out quite well, and it is also my favorite color.
That costume is a WOW!
Great portrait! Lots of motion and great colors in this shot.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
