You can't beat a blue sky over the water. This shot comes from the area known as Harbourfront in Toronto. The quays are lined with restaurants, shops and other activities (like boat trips). This is a look at those lucky few who can afford to keep their watercraft docked here. Must be fun.
I hope your weekend is off to a good start. This will be our last hurrah with the MiL and we've still got so much to see! If you'd like to see more skies from around the world, visit Skywatch.

Flats overlooking the harbour!
Bet they're expensive.
these are places my husband and i always migrate to for a meal!
Hey, I wanted some more Carnival bodies! Ha!
Lovely waterfront photo - I could spend some time there for sure!
bon weekend
Very pretty sky and the water has some nice reflections too!
Beauty of a photo, Hal. It has all of my favorite elements - especially boats and water!
I never much of the city's waterfront. Thanks
I really enjoy summer photos on CDP because of so many recreational photos as well as shots of water crafts. Like the contrast of the business-like skyscrapers and the leisure (and privileged) life of the boats.
Fantastic perspective! Great shot.
It is always so relaxing to go down there! Nice pic of how the wealthy amuse themselves.
Excellent waterfront shot, Halcyon. You should do public relations for Toronto.
What a beautiful spot. Bet there is good shopping in that area.
Ah super. J'adorerais m'y promener, y siroter un verre, y prendre un repas... Ici il fait trop froid et moche pour ces activités... Bon weekend !
Everything is beautiful there, and the sun is much more wonderful! Love the modern buildings and the boats!

I'd love to see the view from those apartments! Living near the harbor must be fantastic. Great photo :D
Brings back memories! I went to Ryerson University in Toronto many years ago. I loved living there.
What a great shot of the skyline with the water and boats in the foreground. Beautiful capture. This one could go onto a picture postcard.
very good photo.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
