Pink and green

Most people are thinking more red and green this time of year, but I thought it would be good to shake things up! Hope all my American friends had a great Thanksgiving Day and do not get trampled in the black Friday shopping crowds today. To the rest of you, Happy Friday!

hee hee... What a whimsical shot!

«Louis» isn't venturing out into the "Black Friday" madness. He's staying in and preparing for the weekend farmers markets...

Colorful shot! This year many stores opened at midnight as a result it made my 6:00 shopping trip less crowded. Some savings are hard to pass up. Happy Friday!

Thanksgiving at our house was wonderfully traditional: family, feast, and football. Yea, Packers! No Black Friday for me; tried it once many years ago and swore I'd never do it again. Nothing is sacred when it comes to materialism and consumerism.

Love your flamingos.

Not the kind of red I normally associate with the holiday season! Haven't seen one of those since I was at the San Diego Zoo some time back.

Oh my gosh Halcyon, I had to do a double take..then a close in, are these REAL pink Flamingo's? I've only ever seen them in ones and two's before unless they were fake ones that people put all over a 'birthday' persons lawns. What a great image. Hope you have a good weekend.

I've seen thousands of flamingos in Africa but they were not orange. This colour is just great.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
