My goodness, that is ornate. I don't think you'd find anything like that in Ocala. I like it, though. Good eye!
I learned long ago to "look up" when visiting cities...many architectural treasures and details will be missed if you don't do that. Your photo is a perfect example of this
The architect must have been given free rein, it looks like a person to me.
I would hate to have to clean or replace those windows.
