Not everyone may agree that Picasso was a genius, but whether you like his work or not, you can't deny his creativity. This is my last look at his exhibit at the AGO. It's still on until August 26th... so there's still time! For a look at more signs, visit Signs, Signs.

I can not particularly like his work and still think him a genius - it's not mutually exclusive! He just saw the world with a different vision than most of us.
Those who think he was not... are in a VERY short line. Really! Come on! hahaha
Nice sign! I'm wondering if Pablo had a headache when the photo was taken. Probably worrying about whether or not he was a genius! :-)
He does look a little puzzled in that picture!
RE:the CDPB portal. Eric Tenin seems to be hopeful that the portal will return, but the programmers are doing it 'free' therefore it is hard to pressure them. I am not happy about this, and have told Eric so. I am pessimistic, Eric is hopeful. The FB page is Eric's idea. There are 224 registered FB members of the 850+ active members of the portal. Of these 224 about 50 go to the effort of reposting their own post each day. Hardly anyone reads/visits other bloggers from FB which is sad.
If you want to know the Theme Days, and the future of the portal, just keep in touch with me in some way. I feel quite sure that the Theme Day for September will be 'people watching' which is open to a wide variety of interpretations. I am hopeful that I will put up the alternate posting linky for our members again, because the FB group page is 'serial' and involves way too much scrolling, whereas my alternate method is similar to Taphophile Tragics. I will advertise on my Sydney Eye blog.
Nice looking poster.
I am in the camp that likes many of his work and dislikes many others, and yet, it is indisputable to me that he was a genius.
the portrait is perfect--Picasso looks like he missed his meds. kidding.:p
Signs
I believe that he was both creative and a genius. No argument from me!
I like the b/w photo of him.
Must have been very interesting to go there.
Good entry for the meme.
interesting order of character traits!

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
