Ottawa was a nice change from the hot, dry conditions in Toronto. Even the lawn in front of Parliament Hill was green! What a lovely contrast those bright colors make against the old, stone building.
Hope you've got some good plans for the weekend ahead. It's a long one for us Ontarians. To see more skies, take a look at Skywatch!

Some of these buildings are so fantastic that they almost feel unreal. So magnificent!
Yes, the got it right when they built this, right down to the setting.
Ca c'est un peu la photo icĂ´ne de la capitale, c'est incroyable comment l'herbe est verte !
Nice use of the wide-angle lens.
I wonder if they use underground sprinklers.
Great photo - one of the things I like about "skywatching" is that I get to see things and places I would never see otherwise.
Great shot. I haven't be to Ottawa for a few years but it sure is a nice city to go touring in.
Fantastic panorama! What a building. Just don't see much of that kind of thing in the US.
Re your question: I have no clue as to Olympians and Ocala. Sorry. But if I hear anything, I'll let you know...
That sure is some green grass, and I love the building's architecture.
Looks lush!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Gorgeous shot of our Parliament buildings. They must have been watering to have the lawn that green considering the hot dry weather we've had this summer.
This is a beautiful capture. I really like the diagonal line of the clouds; they add nice interest to the sky.
That is one gorgeous lawn and the contrast with the beautiful old building and the beautiful blue sky is perfectly stunning.
That is some wonderful looking building.
The contrast of the blue sky, the stone building and fresh green is really
wonderful.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
