I haven't shown a golf course shot for awhile, the main reason is typically I'm too busy with my golf shots to think about camera shots! But another reason is the photos never seem to come out as pretty as what I've actually seen. I rather like this reflective pond from the Lionhead Masters course though. You can see all the shades of summer green and you even get a bonus reflection on some of them!
Hope you're having a nice green weekend wherever you are. For more reflections, check out Weekend Reflections.

I've said it before, I'm no golfer, but golf courses are pretty places.
That is a pretty and peaceful shot!
I've never been on a golf club or have played this sport. It's something I have on the "to do" list. Someday I'll have to raise it seriously.
Very nice. Reminds me a bit of Stone Creek except for the fir trees. I have the same problem...it's not easy taking pictures when you're playing golf. I often fall down or the club flies from my hands or worse, the camera goes sailing into the air, sometimes further than the golf ball! Someone once said I should not try to take a picture at the same time I try to hit the ball. I said, "What? That's not photography!"
tres joli endroit !
Eh oui c'est dur de faire deux choses à la fois ! Joli cadre !
Pretty place!
Such a serene photo! I love all the textures!!
Yes, I live in Kanata, the western part of Ottawa. If you are in Toronto, then you have all the hydro lines originating at Niagara...
Nice reflection.
I like the contrast of dark and light green of the trees...
God bless you!

Such a peaceful, quiet, beautiful spot at this time of day. Love all the algae floating along the top. Lovely capture. genie
Such a lovely place!
Great reflections...I have this mental image of you with a club in one hand and a camera in the other --- and, no doubt, doing beautiful work with both!
Wonderful image Halcyon, have you ever lost a ball in here!!
Nicely captured! Reminds me of some of your photos from your previous blog.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
