More windows

These colorful stained glass windows were inside the Hart House library. The  students here probably don't take the time to appreciate their surroundings, but I certainly enjoyed taking a peek into this lovely little collection room.

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you've got some great plans for the weekend. I'm still recovering from a little bug, but I hope to feel well enough for some golf tomorrow. Have a great one!

Beautiful windows. I think that when we're surrounded by such beauty it becomes commonplace after a while and we just don't see it anymore.

Have a great time on the golf course tomorrow! I'll be out Sunday in the AM providing it doesn't rain. :)

Hi again, Hal! Re your comment: It's a wee little airport. Some are saying we should call it the Ocala International Airport! Ho, ho! Just 'cause Travolta flies in and out sometimes. But then he's got his own airstrip at his house.

I thought they were quite lovely when I saw them too!

These windows are fascinating, Halcyon. I always associate stained glass windows with churches. Seeing them in a university setting is a treat.

It was in the 90s in New England the last two days. I played golf both days. You can't imagine how much water I drank and how much I sweated.

They're fabulous Halcyon..sometimes that can happen when you see something beautiful everyday it can become invisible oui!
p.s. if I can help with any info regarding your trip I'll do my best..why don't you email me.

The detail in these windows is amazing and I love the b/w gothic windows from yesterday's post.

I hate the new word verification. Since I have trouble reading those "words", I am assuming others do too.
